Company Overview

"Titem Capital" NBFI was originally founded on October 21, 2018, and on April 28, 2021, received a special license from the Financial Regulatory Commission to operate as a non-banking financial institution. Since then, we have been contributing to the growth of individuals, households, and businesses by creating four years of shared value.

As of 2024, our organization operates 5 branches—2 in Ulaanbaatar and 3 in rural areas—with a growing team of 20 employees.

Timeline

2021

- On April 28, established with 100% national investment.
- Opened the first regional branch in Dornod Province.
- Became a member of the Mongolian Non-Bank Financial Institutions Association.

2022

- During the global COVID-19 pandemic, maintained business stability and managed loan disbursements responsibly to mitigate operational risks.

2023

- Opened the second regional branch in Dalanzadgad, Umnugovi Province.
- Changed the organization’s name from Assurer Capital NBFI to Titem Capital NBFI.

2024

- Restructured the company and established the Board of Directors.
- Opened a new branch in Chingeltei District.
- Expanded operations by obtaining special licenses for electronic payments, money transfers, and foreign currency exchange.
